Acceptable Use Policy

leadrushh is a public business-directory contact discovery product. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets rules so the service stays lawful, respectful of people's rights, and available for legitimate outreach. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

• Searching public directories and platforms you select for business or professional contact details relevant to lawful B2B or local outreach.
• Exporting results for your own outreach, CRM, or sequencing tools, subject to applicable marketing and privacy laws.
• Using credits and features within your plan's fair-use and rate limits.

You may not use leadrushh to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights (including privacy, publicity, anti-spam, and computer misuse laws).
• Target minors, collect sensitive categories of personal data (such as health, biometrics, or precise location history), or build surveillance dossiers.
• Harass, threaten, defraud, phish, spoof, or send unsolicited bulk messages that ignore consent / unsubscribe requirements.
• Bypass technical or plan limits, share accounts to evade billing, or reverse engineer the service except where law permits.
• Attempt to access non-public systems, private accounts, or data you are not authorised to retrieve.
• Misrepresent leadrushh results as private intelligence, credit reporting, employment background checks, or law-enforcement data.
• Use the service in a way that creates material risk of payment-network or processor AUP violations, including uses framed as covert credentialed scraping of platforms that forbid it when your intent is clearly abusive.

Results come from public listings and public profile surfaces exposed by sources you enable. Source availability may change; some sources may be waitlisted. You are responsible for how you use any data returned — including whether you have a lawful basis to contact recipients.

We may investigate suspected violations, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, delete content, and cooperate with processors or authorities where appropriate. We may refuse service where use creates legal or platform risk.
