Instagram profiles for niches that live in-feed
Crews, clinics, and shops that post work on Instagram often have a weaker Maps card. Public profiles, bios, and website links are the path. Unique Instagram leads cost 1 credit. We never use your Instagram password.
Credits hold when the job starts and settle on unique verified contacts — unused hold returns automatically.

What this source actually returns
Fields below match what the pipeline stores after scrape, enrichment, and verification. Emails come from public websites (or the listing when it already shows one), then get a status label. We do not invent inboxes or scrape behind a login.
- Handle & display name
- The public @ and name on the profile.
- Bio
- Niche language, city, and offers they publish themselves.
- Follower count
- Public follower count on the profile. Separate from Social Audiences (follower lists of a handle).
- Profile URL
- A public instagram.com URL.
- Website in bio
- The external link we follow for email enrichment when they add one.
- Phone (when public)
- Only if the public profile publishes one — enrichment never invents a phone.
- Email + verification status
- From the linked site or public contact fields when present, then labelled valid, catch-all, invalid, or unknown.
When Instagram is the right call
The proof is visual
Roofers posting before-and-after, whitening clinics posting day-one tips, boutiques posting product — Instagram is where the work is. Outreach that references a real public post outperforms a cold SIC code.
You need accounts, audiences, or reels
Profile search finds accounts in a niche. Social audiences pull public followers of a handle (TikTok Followers remain out of scope). Viral Reels mines short-form posts. Pick the job; don’t pretend they are the same.
Maps coverage is thin
Young local brands often rank on Instagram before they finish a Google Business Profile. Run both; duplicates merge.
Workflow from query to CSV
Same loop as every other live source: describe the market, pick this platform in the wizard, enrich public sites, verify, merge duplicates, export.
- 01
Keyword the niche as they write it
“Invisalign Austin” or “metal roof Dallas” matches bio language better than a generic trade name.
- 02
Select Instagram (1 credit)
Confirm the hold. Combine with Maps if you also need storefront phones.
- 03
Follow public website links
Bio links are the enrichment path. No credentials, no DM scraping.
- 04
Verify and export
Label statuses, skip already-delivered verified contacts for 30 days on re-run.
Limits — read these before you run
Instagram is a public discovery source. It will not replace a CRM, a sequencer, or a login-based exporter. These are the product-true edges.
- Public profiles only. Private accounts are out of scope.
- Many creators never publish an email; enrichment needs a site or public contact.
- Follower pulls are a separate module with plan caps — not this source’s default.
- We do not send Instagram DMs for you.
How leadrushh fits
Instagram in leadrushh is a public-profile source inside the same search wizard as Maps and LinkedIn. One ledger, one CSV, one 30-day skip per source.
Pair with Viral when you care what already performs on camera, or Account Hunter when you want lookalikes by keyword or domain.
Credit weight is 1 per unique lead. Verification is included as a label, not an upsell.
Example run
Roofers posting before-and-after in Dallas
Search public Instagram profiles for Dallas roofing. Keep accounts with a website in bio. Enrich contact pages, verify, export. Run Maps in the same city for offices that never posted. Same emails merge; you pay once.
Pair it with other sources
Multi-source searches merge the same email into one row. You are not billed twice when Instagram and another platform agree.
