Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of leadrushh, operated under the trade name leadrushh (Mumbai, Maharashtra, India). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

leadrushh helps you discover and export publicly available business and professional contact information from directories and platforms you select (for example maps listings and public profiles), then verify and deduplicate results for outreach workflows.

Results depend on third-party sources and providers. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, deliverability of emails, or ongoing availability of any source.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 16).
• You must accept these Terms (and related policies) before using the product.

Access is sold via credit-based plans billed through our payment processor (currently Paddle). Credits, plan features, fair-use ceilings, and prices are described on the pricing page and may change prospectively.

• Duplicate contacts within our billing rules are not charged when we label them as non-billable.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled in the billing portal available from your dashboard.
• Taxes / VAT may be collected by the payment processor as applicable.
• Refunds are handled under the processor's policies and applicable law; contact us at deannn365@gmail.com for billing help.

You agree that you will:

• Use leadrushh only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Comply with anti-spam, telemarketing, data-protection, and marketing laws in every jurisdiction where you contact people (including consent, unsubscribe, and disclosure rules).
• Independently verify that you have a lawful basis to contact any person or business appearing in results.
• Not misuse the service to harass, deceive, or build unlawful databases.

We and our licensors own leadrushh, its branding, UI, and software. You retain rights in the queries you submit and the exports generated for your account, subject to third-party rights in underlying public source data. You grant us a licence to process that content as needed to provide the service.

The product relies on third parties (auth, hosting, payments, data providers, verification APIs). Their terms and availability are outside our control. Temporary outages or source waitlists may affect results.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, leadrushh and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of results, your outreach, or your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

We may suspend or terminate access for AUP violations, unpaid invoices, fraud risk, or legal risk. You may delete your account in Settings (cancel any active paid plan in the billing portal first). Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits, indemnity, and IP) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes may require renewed acceptance in the product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
