Privacy Policy

leadrushh ("we", "us") is a software service operated under the trade name leadrushh, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For privacy requests, email deannn365@gmail.com.

This Policy explains how we handle information when you use leadrushh to discover publicly available business and professional contact details from directories and platforms you choose to search.

• Account data — name, email, and authentication identifiers provided by our auth provider (Clerk) when you sign up.
• Billing data — plan, subscription status, and processor customer/subscription IDs. Card details are handled by our payment processor (Paddle); we do not store full card numbers.
• Search & job data — queries, locations, selected sources, job status, credit usage, and export files you generate.
• Lead records — business and contact fields returned from public directory / platform lookups you run (for example name, website, email, phone, address, profile URLs), plus verification labels we attach.
• Support & product communications — messages you send via Contact or email, and optional newsletter subscription.
• Technical & analytics data — standard logs and, when enabled, privacy-minded product analytics (for example PostHog) and error reporting (for example Sentry).

• Provide, operate, and improve the leadrushh service.
• Authenticate users, allocate credits, and fulfill searches.
• Process payments, prevent abuse, and secure the platform.
• Send transactional email (for example job completion notices).
• Respond to support requests and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We process lead data as a service provider for the searches you initiate, for the purpose of returning results and exports to your account.

Depending on your location, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract (providing the service you request); legitimate interests (securing and improving the product, fraud prevention); consent (where required, including optional marketing); and legal obligation.

We share data with processors only as needed to run the product:

• Authentication (Clerk)
• Database and file storage (Supabase)
• Payments and tax invoicing (Paddle)
• Email delivery (Resend)
• Infrastructure (for example Vercel, Google Cloud, Upstash)
• Data-collection providers used to fulfill your selected public-source searches (for example Apify actors)
• Email verification and optional analytics / error tools

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the service.

Lead records (including associated raw source payloads we store) are retained for up to 90 days from creation, then automatically deleted. Export files tied to aged jobs are removed on the same schedule.

Account, billing, and job metadata may be kept longer as needed for security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance. If you delete your account, we erase or de-identify personal data we control, except where retention is required by law or our payment processor.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding your personal data. You may also appeal a refusal where required by law.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are commonly defined.

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege service credentials). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

We operate from India and may process data in other countries where our providers host infrastructure. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual protections offered by those providers.

leadrushh is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
