Pay once per unique lead — not per copy
The same business on Maps and Yelp becomes one row. Verified contacts you already received from a source are skipped for 30 days on re-runs. Duplicates never hit the ledger.
Dentists in Austin · Google Maps
Re-run protected for 30 days per source
- New contacts exported41
- Already delivered (skipped)17
- Credits charged41
Skipped contacts already delivered for this source in the last 30 days — not shown, not billed.
Two kinds of dedupe
Inside a job, matching emails collapse across sources. You see one contact with a stronger match when two platforms agree — and you are charged once, at the weight of how that unique lead is attributed, not once per source hit.
Across jobs, verified and catch-all emails already delivered for that source stay out of the next run for 30 days. They do not appear in results and are not charged. The same person can still appear from a different platform.
Who needs it
- Anyone who re-runs a city
- Refresh Austin without buying last month’s dentists again from Maps.
- Multi-source searches
- Maps + Facebook + LinkedIn should not triple-bill the same inbox.
- Agencies sharing a workspace
- A client list you already pulled should not silently reappear as “new.”
How it works
- 01
Normalize
Emails and domains are cleaned so spelling variants of the same inbox can match.
- 02
Merge in-job
Cross-source hits become one lead with sources_matched confidence.
- 03
Skip on re-run
Already-delivered verified contacts for that source are omitted for 30 days.
Second Maps run in the same metro
First run: 41 new dentists exported and billed. Second run two weeks later: 17 already delivered are skipped, 24 new unique contacts billed. The skipped 17 never show in the CSV.
